Location
The location of our houses is one of the most important factors in rental prices. Factors such as proximity to the city center, surrounding amenities and transportation options play a role in the price determination process.
Property Features
Features such as the size of our houses, the number of rooms, and the common living areas included in the building facilities affect pricing.
Rental Period
As the rental period gets longer, our prices can be flexible. Please note that you can only rent at Errahome for 100 days or more.
Additional services
Additional services such as requested cleaning or special requests for extra products are reflected in prices in addition to the base rate.
Pet
Extra cleaning fees are charged for tenants with pets.
Payment Options
We collect the first 3 months' rent from our tenants in advance. You can save on the total amount to be paid by paying in cash. We accept payments in Euros and Dollars.
Please note that payment by Euro, Dollar and credit card is subject to a commission fee.
The earliest availability dates of our flats are stated on our website. Flat prices show the most affordable price of that flat for rentals over a certain period of time. You can see the price for the date range you want by selecting it from the reservation dates section.
