3. Information on Third Parties or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred

With the purposes stated above, the individuals/organizations to whom your personal data shared with errahome.com may be transferred include our major shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, direct or indirect domestic/international subsidiaries; primarily member companies utilizing the errahome.com infrastructure, and not limited to them, individuals and organizations related to the services provided; as well as entities with whom we collaborate, partner organizations with whom we conduct business, program partner organizations, domestic/international organizations, and other 3. parties and entities, either in the capacity of Data Processor or to carry out our activities.

4. The Method of Collecting Your Personal Data

7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

errahome.com is obligated, in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK To take software measures such as hash, encryption, transaction logging, access management, as well as physical security measures to prevent the unlawful processing of personal data and to prevent unauthorized access to systems and databases where personal data is stored. Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on October 07, 2016 and in accordance with the relevant article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:

- To learn whether personal data has been processed,
- To request information if personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- To request the correction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK.
- In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data is transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, - In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
