We offer a wide range of plan options, from studio flats to 5+2 flats, in areas close to the business centers of Istanbul. All of our apartments are equipped with carefully selected products to meet the expectations of our tenants who seek functionality and elegance together.

Basic technological services such as high-speed Wi-Fi and smart television are provided in our apartments. Electrical home appliances such as built-in kitchen set, dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner and iron are among our standard equipment. Additionally, all our apartments are open to your pet friends.

Our customer experience team provides cleaning, maintenance & It provides support by managing both service and payment processes such as repairs. For all information and applications regarding your flat, you can contact us 24/7 by phone or e-mail, without paying any extra fee.

The textile products, furniture, kitchen equipment, and cleaning materials we offer for your first use are included in your rental price. All maintenance and repair works of your home are our responsibility. Services such as coffee machine, dry cleaning and cleaning of the apartment are also charged extra.

The minimum rental period is 100 days. You can contact our customer representatives for your different needs regarding the rental period. 

The rental contract is signed between the person or institution receiving the service and Errahome. The invoice or rent payment receipt will be sent to you.
